| 18 | Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. |

| 23 | Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 24 | Repairing of aluminium doors and windows including dismanteling and re fixing and change of u rubber and repairing edges etc. also repairing of sides & jambs if required for their smooth functioning etc as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All T&P nails etc required for attending the work shall be arranged by the contractor and nothing extra shall be paid for. |
| 25 | Dismantling , levelling of existing angles, tees & refixing after cleaning of the available false ceiling material in desired position and level in buildings by cutting and jointing the existing tee, angles and fixing in cutting the false ceiling board, to adjust the ceiling level, all complete as per the directions of Engineerin-charge. |
| 26 | Providing and Fixing 15 mm thick densified tegular edged eco friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles in place of missing/ damaged panels, all complete as per the directions of Engineerin-charge. |
