| 4 | Provision for carefully removal of old decayed and loose lime plaster of existing thickness (upto the surface of basalt stone) where plaster is in damaged position without damaging the ancient structures by using small chisels, cleaning the surface carefully without making dust to avoid any suffer to visitors carefully and taking down, transporting away and stacking the debris away up to a distance of 300m from work site and cleaning the site etc. complete as directed. (Wherever found theplaster dead, decayed peeled off). |
| 5 | Provision for safely removing pipal tree grown over top of marble dome with the help of tree killer by removing roots/cut all the roots as much as possible, seal the cavities with a rich mortar etc. complete as directed. |
| 6 | Provision for very carefully (cautiously) removal of old decayed and damaged layer of kara and Araish by scrapping, sand papering, cleaning the surface through water for application of kara coat without damaging the original geometrical groove, mouldings, offsets, corners, arches, structures by using, sand paper, brushes or applying tachha if required and stacking the debris away up to a distance of 300 mtr. from work site and cleaning the site etc. complete as directed. (Wherever found the kara and Araish layer dead, decayed peeled off). |
| 7 | Providing and applying 20 mm thick lime plaster over stone surface to maintain the level surface in existing ancient stone and preparing as a base coat for plain plaster including making of grooves, mouldings, offsets, corners, arches etc. as per matching with original, where ever necessary in lime surkhi mortar 1:2 (1 Lime, 1 Sand, 1 Brick Surkhi) with organic adhesive well grinded bylime grinder machine and surface to be prepared roughed to serve as a key to hold the next coat and allowed minimum 15 days curing etc. complete as directed. |
| 8 | Providing and applying 12 mm thick plain lime plaster over newly applied base coat as per existing pattern including making of groove, mouldings, offsets etc. as per matching with original where ever plain area of the outer front wall/ceiling of baradari where ever stucco design work is required in lime Surkhi Mortar 1:2 (1 Lime, 1 Sand, 1 Brick Surkhi) with organic adhesive well grinded by lime grinder machine and allowed minimum 15 days curing etc. complete as directed. |
| 9 | Providing and applying 30 mm thick lime plaster for making semi ornamental design (Stucco work) as per original over newly applied base coat including making of Geometrical pannels, kangan, patties etc. as per matching with original where ever Geometrical pattern area of the minarets balcony in lime Surkhi Mortar 1:2 (1 Lime, 1 Sand, 1 Brick Surkhi) with organic adhesive well grinded by lime grinder machine and allowed 15 days curing etc. complete as directed. |
| 10 | Providing and applying kara plaster 1:2 (1 lime cream : 2 marble powder) grinding mortar with grinding mill/manually in two coats. First coat applying 3mm to 4mm thick & curing properly at least seven days, second finishing coat done after seven days of previous coat as per traditional practice. (Thickness not more than 6 mm) etc. complete as directed. |
| 11 | Providing and applying Araish plaster 1:2 (1 lime : 2 Zikki) on kara plaster including preparation of proper lime slacking at least one month with curd & changing the water regularly. The kara plaster of not more than 6mm thick is to be left the maximum of three months to appearthe shrinkage & temperature cracks. Over the kara plaster 2mm layer of grinded lime putty is to be done & isto be rubbed gently by Akik stone. etc. complete as directed. |
| 12 | Providing and laying stone chajjas near bottom of marble dome wherever existing chajjas broken and damaged after removal of existing broken chajjas with new basaltic stone of average thickness 75 mm in lime mortar 1:1 insert the stone as much as possible with the help of stone cutter below the base of dome as per matching with existing pattern with necessary fittings in S.S. Rod/Patti & lead etc. complete as directed. |
| 13 | Providing pointing over the joints of marble dome surface in lime mortar 1:2 mix with Lime mortar as per matching with existing pattern to avoid the further deterioration and the growth of vegetation over the top of marble dome surface etc. complete as directed |
| 14 | Providing and fixing stone jalli in Dholpur sand stone as per matching with existing colour, texture and design where ever missing/broken at balcony level of south west corner buruj including cutting raw materials of jalli from random size as per design of 75 mm thick border from all sides in rectangular patties is deepen by 8 mm + on both sides till final design attained and finally it’s looks as per existing pattern by either sides a notch is prepared by chiselling for attaching in vertical pole fixing with adhesive etc. complete as directed. |
| 15 | Providing and fixing stone pillars of stone jalli in Dholpur sand stone as per matching with existing colour, texture and design where ever missing/broken at balcony level of south west corner buruj including cutting of pillars as per design of existing sizes 0.10 x 0.10 x 0.675 or 0.20 x 0.125 x 0.675 mtr. till final design attained and finally it’s looks as per existing pattern by either sides a notch is prepared by chiselling for attaching in jalli fixing with adhesive etc. complete as directed.
