| 2 | NOTES (READ CAREFULLY BEFORE QUOTING RATE):- 1. Work will be executed in multy storey buildings(G+8). 2. Rates included for any necessary services for ease of work in multistory bldg like mechanical tools, mechanical suspended platform & Scaffolding for demolition and safety net if required any as directed by Engr-in Charge.3. During the execution of work, In case of any damages such as the GAS PIPE LINE or water supply pipe, cable etc., the contractor will have to got it repaired/replaced at his own cost and nothing will be paid extra on account and all these items will be removed/repaired by contractor at their own cost.4. All the demolished bldg material will be removed outside MOD land by the contractor at his own expenses. The rate of removal is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.5.The contractor shall provide all safety equipments as per IS standards to labours. |

| 15 | M&L for water proofing treatment to roof surface with APP polymeric based water proofing membrane 3mm thick & weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm of approved make black finish consisting of a central core of high molecular high density polyethylene film (HMHDPF) & reinforced with non woven polyester matt of min 160 gm/sqm with a thermo fusible finish laid over a coat of hot blown bitumen of 85/25 grade conforming to IS 702 @ 1.2 kg/sqm over a coat of an bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 @0.4 Ltr/Sqm over prepared roof surfaces, forcing overlap with a propane or butane gas torch with a overlap of 75mm at sides & 100mm at ends & sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer complete as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. (Make Super thermolay manufactured by STP Ltd or 'Hyper Plas' (Polyester) manufactured by M/S IWL Ltd or 'Shalipals' (polyester) manufactured by M/S Capital Steels and chemicals Pvt Ltd)Note :- (a) Water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicator only.(b) Bitumen primer, bitumen and membrane shall be of same make / manufacturer.(c) The APP Membrane to be inserted in the parapet wall/wall by cutting chases of at least 65mm X 50mm size & making good in CM 1:3. |
