OD39188/2025-2026:Comprehensive Annual maintenance contract for the LAN, WiFi and EPABX system installed at the Kerala Judicial Academy Athani, which includes maintenance of hardware and Renewal of one year license with MAF from OEM for the Switches (Make:- Juniper) for TAC Support . The Party must provide 1. license with part number S-EX23-48P-K-C1-A1-P- 4Nos for the 48 port PoE+ switch Juniper EX2300-48P and 48 port switch Juniper EX2300-48T.2. license with part number S-EX23-24P-K-C1-A1-P - 1No. for the 24 port PoE+ (juniper)- 1Nos 3. License with part number S-EX23-12P-K-C1-A1-P - 3Nos for the 12portPoE+ switch EX2300C-C-12P. 4. Maintenance of IP based hybrid PBX system (Panasonic) - 1 No. and SFP modules , Fiber patch cords, Cat 6 cabling wit RJ 45 , racks with PDU, telephone cabling with sockets . 6. Maintenance of Wi-Fi system. The party should be liable for 1. Monthly visit of the site and submit the reports to The assistant Engineer, PWD Electronics Section, Ernakulam 2. Attend the complaint calls of the customer and rectify the complaints within 24 hrs and reports to The assistant Engineer, PWD Electronics Section, Ernakulam 3 . Provide OEM support with MAF from OEM for one year. 4. upgradation of hardware and firmware of switches to the latest from official website of juniper5. Layer 2 and Layer 3 configuration upgradation if needed on switches with OEM support. 6.
