Physical Demonstration of performance of Testing kit(s) :Technically qualified bidders have to undergo Physical Demonstration of performance of Testing kit(s) by the Experts before being eligible as finally qualified for financial bid opening .The specific date & time of the same will be notified later on.2. The participating bidders of the Gel Card (Cat No. R06(b)/KCR & B15(b)/KCR) are requested to bid for the respective diluents also. If not participated in both Gel Card & diluents then the technical bid of the bidder will not be evaluated and will be rejected.3. L1 bidder of the Gel card, must accept the L1 rate of the diluents, if not achieved L1 status in the diluents. Otherwise, the L1 bidder of the Diluents will be offered to accept the L1 rate of the Gel Card. 4. Where Rate per ml is invited, after finalization of the tender minimum pack size will be accepted.5. Quality of the product supplied / to be supplied, may be ascertained by testing / physical examination by the experts at any stage of the tender period.6. The Items should be US FDA/CE/ ICMR/NIB/CDSCO approved (US FDA/ CE certificate will be applicable only when the Indian Standards like ICMR/NIB/CDSCO is not available).7. In case of imported items NABL/NIB/NIV/CDL or equivalent authorized Lab accredited by Parent country will be considered.8. If every supplied batch of the approved vendor contains test report from NIB/NIV/NARI/ICMR then the 2% testing charge will not be deducted from the bill(s).9. All prospective bidders are requested to quote the rate in BOQ as per Accounting Unit & item specification as mentioned in the Table-A. Wrong Quoting of the rate in BOQ will be dealt with as per penal provisions of the T&C of the Tender.10. Tendered quantity is just a tentative quantity and should not be treated as final. It may increase or decrease, as per need of the state. Keeping this in mind, the supplier is not allowed to seek termination of the Rate Contract after finishing supply of tendered quantity.
