Applying one or more coats of distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on old surface after preparation by removing dry or oil bound distemper by scrapping, sand preparing the surface smooth incl necy repairs to scratches etc complete.

Applying one or more coats of acrylic smooth exterior paint or required shade of approved manufacture on existing walls after preparation by removing dry or oil bound distemper by scrapping, sand preparing the surface smooth incl necy repairs to scratches etc complete.

Applying one or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade on old surfaces.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to bespecified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08%and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades,laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand),jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting thejoints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestorywindows using 4 mm thick float glass panes, including ISI marked M.S.pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessaryscrews.30 mm thick

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed floor tiles conforming toIS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approvedmake in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of anysize as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps anddados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarsesand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm includingpointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shadecomplete.
