The bidder shall quote a Management Fee, expressed as a percentage of the total Statutory Monthly Emoluments payable to all deployed unskilled, semi-skilled workers for providing services in the RGMCH Hospital. The Management Fee must be quoted between 2% and 10%, failing which the bid shall be rejected.
