| 1 | Earth work in excavation for all kinds of soil by mechanical means ( Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm(thirty centimetre) in depth, 1.5 m (one point five metre) in width as well as 10 sqm(ten squaremetre) on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto any lead complete within all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 2 | Earth work in excavation for all kinds of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m (one point five metre) in width or 10 sqm (ten squaremetre) on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, upto any lead and lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 3 | Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement: three coarse sand :six graded, crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size ) in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etcetera up to floor all level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 4 | Providing centering and shuttering including strutting,propping etcetera and removal of form work for Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etcetera complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 5 | Providing weep hole in brick masonry/ stone masonry / plain reinforced concrete abutment , wing wall, return wall with 100mm dia.(one hundred millimetre diametre) PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1V:20H (one vertical isto twenty horizontal) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 614,709,1204.3.7 complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
