| 7 | Material and labour for steel screw bolts, machine made, dia of neck 5 to 10mm with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut exceeding 5 cm and not exceeding 10cm long, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | Supply and fixing of Pre-painted galvalume aluminuim zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick, conforming to IS-15961 of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete, all as specified and as directed.Note- The sheets shall have (150 gm/sqm total on both sides) with super durable polyester quality paint of approved colour, suitable for exterior application conforming to IS-15965. |
| 9 | Supply and fixing of Pre-painted galvalume aluminuim zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self thread making steel screws of length not less than 50mm complete, all as specified and as directed.Note- The sheets shall have (150 gm/sqm total on both sides) with super durable polyester quality paint of approved colour, suitable for exterior application conforming to IS-15965. |
| 10 | Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base to floor, complete all as specified. |
| 11 | Material and Labour for Machine pressed precast cement concrete with grey cement and pigment, rubber moulded, interlocking designer paver blocks, in any and shape, confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 grade in path, hard standing, etc. laid over and including 50 mm thick bedding layer of sand complete, all as specified and as directed. |
| 12 | Sand filling under floor or in foundation including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed. |
