Providing and laying stone riprap on the slopes of the earth dam and dyke using quarried, hard, durable granite stone boulders of size 0.30 m and above, including transportation, dumping and proper placing on slopes; filling interstices with smaller stones and wedges; hand packing to achieve the required profile, line and levels; and providing and fixing wave breakers as per approved design and specifications. The item includes all leads and lifts, cost and conveyance of materials, labour, T&P, cess, royalty, additional charges, EMF, DMF and all other incidental charges complete, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (No deduction shall be made towards voids in the finished section.)

Removing hard granite blasted stones from the downstream (D/S) riprap packing, including careful dismantling, sorting, loading, unloading, and conveyance; and re-packing the same serviceable stones in the downstream riprap by proper placing, filling interstices with smaller stones/wedges, and hand packing to the required line, level, and profile. The item includes all leads, lifts, and delifts, cost of labour, T&P, supervision charges, and all applicable taxes and incidental expenses complete, as per approved design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
