| 7 | Providing rigid shuttering with box type steel shuttering plates with keys for intermediate construction joints in rafts of weirs, barrages and dam blocks including cost of all materials, labour, T & P. etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including removal of forms. |
| 8 | Fine dressing & turfing the slopes of dam & dyke with best compacted dub grass with 3 extra lead and 1extra lift etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 9 | Providing and constructing gabion structures for erosion control,river training works and protection works with wire crates of size 6m x 1m x1m each divided into 1m compartments by cross netting,made from 4mm galvanised steel wire @ 32 kg per 10 sqm having minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa confirming to IS:280 and galvanizing coating conforming to IS:4826, woven into mesh with double twist,mesh size not exceeding 100 mm x 120 mm , filled with boulders with least dimension of 200 mm, all loose ends to be securly tied with 4mm galvanised steel wire etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 10 | Laying of a geotextile filter between gabion wall and embankment on which gabion is placed is laid to prevent escape of the embankment material through the voids of the stone gabion blocks as well as to allow free movement of water without creating any uplift head on pitching. |
