Decommissioning and unloading of the faulty 200KVA outdoor transformer by disconnecting all leading in ang out jumper wire and cables, hiring of hydra/crane for lifting the tranformer from uphill to the vehicle without damaging the equipment and making good, linemen charges from department of power for operation of gang as & when required etc as required

Installation, testing & commissioning of the 200KVA repaired transformer complete with connection of HT/LT cable i/c testing for satisfactory operation with load by hiring staffs from the department of power for gang operation etc. complete as required.

Transportation of one 200KVA Outdoor Transformer in a Light Commercial Vehicle from site to workshop covering an approximate road distance of 400KM one way & vice versa from workshop to site including loading and unloading at both end with the help of crane/chainpulley or any mode of arrangement without any damaging the equipment as required

Rewinding of burnt out LT & HT Winding of 200 KVA capacity, 11KV/415 Volts supply i/c heat varnishing, baking, re-fitting the same, testing, commissioning etc as required (The winding certificate with voltage test value should be submitted)

Supplying and filling the transformer with insulated oil in 200KVA transformer of standard Quality as per IS 335/83 ( Including filtration and dehydration of oil) as reqd. (M/s Bharat/power oil or SS make, test report for di-electric strength of oil is to be given)

Painting of Transformer (Inside and Outside) including radiator, conservator etc. complete as required.

Replacement of damaged gaskets inside the top cover, conservator and the vent pipes, testing etc. complete as required
