Providing and laying damp-proof course with cement concrete grade M-15 (1 : 2 : 4) mortar prepared with 1% solution of water-proof compound complete as per specification . 50 mm thick.

Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labpour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 20 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:3

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with water proofing compound Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Stone work (machine cut edges) for wall lining etc. (veneer work) backing filled with a grout of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade : (To be secured to the backing by means of cramps which shall be paid for separately) : Red sand stone - exposed face fine dressed with rough backing. 70 mm thick
