| 1 | Job Contract for Operation & Maintenance of internal & external Electrical & Mechanical (E&M)Installations of Technical block cum ATC Building, Fire Station, Medical Center, DVOR,Glide Path, Localizer, Ground Lighting Facilities, Perimeter Road Lighting, High Mast & it's Lighting in operational Area, Fire Detection and Alarm system, Fire Fighting system, UPS, Water Treatment & supply Plant, LT panels, CCR' including upkeeping of Lifts etc. including providing consumable material like cotton waste, insulation tape, screws & other sundry material required for cleaning etc., attending minor faults of Equipments /Repairs /Replacement of defective spares and components which will be supplied by AAI and ensuring Serviceability /satisfactory working condition of the Systems, Routine and General Preventive Maintenance on Daily/ Weekly /Monthly /Quarterly /Half Yearly /Yearly Basis as per Maintenance Schedules, including maintaining the Records and Log Books and reports as and when required, Complete upkeeping of the installations etc. as as per the detailed specifications & terms and conditions covered under this contract on 24 hrs round the clock basis in 03 shifts each of 8 hours duration on all days including Saturday, Sundays, holidays and National holidays etc. and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge by deploying the minimum manpower as per agreement terms & conditions mentioned in the SCC clause-12. This trailing module shall breifly cover the following aspects:1. Airfield Ground lighting Overview 2. AGL Installation, Commissioning & Acceptance criteria 3. AGL Operations, Planned, Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance Techniques 4. AGL Power and Field Circuits 5. Control and Monitoring Technologies 6. Installation & Commissioning requirements 7.
