| 14 | Material & labour for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 over RCC Roof mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or manufacturer instruction all as specified. (Note;- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as supply only) |
| 15 | M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following courses of treatment/specification from bottom to top: (i) Taking out old roof tratment and roughening tha same old concrete slab by picking, sweepingc clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. (ii) Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:4 for laying as in roof slab with mixing of WPC and surface finished fare and smooth without using extra cement (WPC shall be measured and paid seperately) (iii) Cleaning the plastered roof surface and applying one coat of cold bituminuous primer @ 0.30 ltr/Sqm confirming ti IS: 3384 -1986 (iv) APP based polymeric menbrane 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.5 kg/Sqm reinfiorced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160gms/Sqm) shall be less appliedb over bituminous primer as specified above over a application of polymeric membrane shall by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the teransverese direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction. (v) Applying one coat of aluminium paint over the APP modified membrane @ 0.11Kg/sqm. |
