Fixed charges : EPF (Employer’s contribution @12% considering the monthly wage ceiling, i.e. Basic+DA or Rs 15000/- whichever is less) + EPF Admin charges @0.5% of Minimum Wages + EDLI @0.5% of Minimum wages plus VDA (13.0%) (As applicable on 01.04.2026)
