By moving crane of taking outside area safe side & all load cell is to be removed & store in safe side in the computer room.

Cutting of all nut bolt of bridge connected to plate & I-Section beam with help of gas cutting for dismantling of complete weigh bridge of each part.

These all parts will be taken by moving crane for dismantling of all parts one by one.

Replacement of 2 Nos. M.S. Sheet of 10 mm thick by cutting with gas cutting & removed from the I-Section beam to make separate the worn-out plate & refixing of these two nos. plate with prime & painting & duly welding on I-Section beam.

Nut bolt of different sizes.

Painting of complete bridge by primer & black enamel paint.

Assembling of complete weigh bridge.

Fixing of load cell 8 Nos. with proper levelling & complete wiring etc. as required by job.

Calibration charges of complete weigh bridge & weight 50 Nos. x 20 Kg.
