Providing and fixing of 132 kV isolator mechanism boxes of different makes at 132 kV Substation, Bhangel, Noida.The mechanism box shall be of size 500 × 400 × 330 mm, fabricated from 18 SWG MS sheet, and shall include the following features:1. One front door and one side door with proper locking arrangement.2. Bottom-mounted arrangement with 02 Nos. MS channels for supporting and mounting the box.3. A top-mounted circular plate (165 mm diameter) having 10 Nos. holes of 16 mm diameter, matching with the horizontal operating pipe plate.4. The top plate shall be connected with 33/28 mm pipe rod and shaft, along with suitable bush/bearing arrangement inside the box.5. Provision of straight hypoid bevel gear and meter gear assembly, complete with removable handle for operation of isolator blades.6. Fixing and mounting of auxiliary contacts (06 NO + 06 NC).7. Installation of 16 Nos. terminal blocks (20–32 Amp) mounted on an internal channel, with internal wiring using 2.5 sq. mm copper cable.8. Bottom side provision of a 150 × 150 mm gland plate with 12 Nos. cable glands.The box shall be duly painted with:1. One coat of primer, and2. Two coats of epoxy enamel paint (smoky grey shade), as per specifications.Scope of Work also includes:1. Dismantling of old and damaged operating mechanism boxes.2. Shifting of dismantled material from site to store.3. Installation, alignment, and commissioning of new mechanism boxes.4. Complete disconnecting and reconnecting work required for installation.After installation, the operation of isolators shall be smooth, reliable, and mechanically sound in all respects.

Providing and fixing of 132 kV CT (Current Transformer) junction boxes of different makes at site, in place of damaged and defective junction boxes.The junction box shall be fabricated from 18 SWG MS sheet, of suitable size, and shall include the following features:1. Provision of adequate terminal blocks for CT secondary connections.2. Internal wiring with 2.5 sq. mm copper cable.3. Suitable arrangement for cable entry with cable glands.4. Proper earthing provision.The box shall be duly painted with:1. One coat of primer, and2. Two coats of epoxy enamel paint (smoky grey shade), as per specifications.Scope of Work also includes:1. Dismantling of old/damaged CT junction boxes.2. Proper installation and fixing of new boxes.3. Complete termination, reconnection, and earthing work.After installation, the system shall be functionally reliable and in healthy condition in all respects.

Providing and fixing of 33 kV isolator mechanism boxes of different makes at site, in place of damaged and defective isolator boxes.The mechanism box shall be of size 250 × 250 × 150 mm, fabricated from 18 SWG MS sheet, and shall include the following features:1. Provision of 3 NO + 3 NC contact switches.2. Fixing of 01 No. bush for vertical operating rod.3. Bottom-mounted gland plate of size 150 × 150 mm with 04 Nos. cable glands.The box shall be duly painted with:1. One coat of primer, and2. Two coats of epoxy enamel paint (smoky grey shade), as per specifications.Scope of Work also includes:1. Dismantling of old/damaged isolator boxes.2.Proper installation and fixing of new boxes.3. Complete earthing and reconnection works as required.After installation, the isolator operation shall be smooth and mechanically sound in all respects.

Providing and fixing of 33 kV CT (Current Transformer) junction boxes of different makes at site.The junction box shall be fabricated from 18 SWG MS sheet, of suitable size as per site requirement, and shall include the following features:1. Weatherproof and dustproof construction suitable for outdoor installation.2. Provision of adequate terminal blocks for CT secondary connections.3. Internal wiring with 2.5 sq. mm copper cable with proper ferruling.4. Proper arrangement for cable entry with suitable cable glands.5. Earthing provision with internal and external earthing studs.6. Suitable mounting arrangement for safe and rigid installation.The box shall be duly painted with:1. One coat of primer, and2. Two coats of epoxy enamel paint (smoky grey shade), as per specifications.Scope of Work also includes:1. Dismantling of old and damaged CT junction boxes.2. Proper installation, termination, and reconnection of CT secondary wiring.3. Ensuring correct polarity, tight connections, and proper insulation.4.
