Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Vitrified Ceramic tiles light shade 9 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but n.exc 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles as in floor over and including cement screed bed / backing layer of 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Design and pattern shall be approved by Engr-in-charge /GE at the time of execution of work.

M&L non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but n. exc. 0.38 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in whiter or coloured cement to match as in floor over and including cement screed bed / backing layer of 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.Note:- Design and pattern shall be approved by Engr-in-charge /GE at the time of execution of work.
