Engagement of Security personnel (Zone-A) on purely temporary basis at Barasat Government Medical College & Hospital( Hospital side),Barasat, North 24 Parganas. [This rate will be variable depending upon the Minimum wages stipulated by the Government of West Bengal from time to time .] The agency need not to quote any rate for wages as it shall be equal to the prevailing minimum wages as per latest Govt. circular of the Labour Department. The selected agency shall have to deposit as monthly subscription of EPF and ESI @13% and 3.25% respectively for each Security personal. Moreover bonus @ 8.33% to be paid to each Security once in a year. GST as applicable of above total amount will also be deducted from their bill as per Government order . The minimum wages and respective amount of EPF, ESI, Bonus will also be paid to the agency based on minimum wages as circulated and revised time to time by the labour Department, Govt. of WB. Total No of Security personnel = 99 Nos. (Zone-A) .
