| 11 | M&L for providing cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm aggregate) coping, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates including necessary form work and forming neat finish surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 12 | S&F Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.0 meters long) incl applying two coats of black bituminous paint internally and externally upto planting depth and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, externally from top of copping complete all as specified and as directed.Note :- Excavation , PCC foundation and copping shall be measured and paid separately. |

| 14 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning step down transformer outdoor type plinth mounted , HT 11 KV, 3 phase 433 volts, 4 wire, 50 Hz Delta/star, connected vector group DYN -11 copper wound, ONAN, manual type 7 position off circuit tap changing faciality on HT side to vary secondary voltage of +7.5 in steps of 2.5 % continuous rating of capacity not less than 500 KVA incl HV cable box on HT side and busbar duct on LV side for connecting sandwich busbar of capacity 1000 amps. The transformer shall conforming to IS 1180 part 1 : 2014, level 3 with latest amendment and BEE certified complete with all standard fittings ( Buchholz relay (having contacts for alarm & trip),WTI (having contacts for alarm & trip), OTI(having contacts for alarm & trip), Marshalling box ( Having TTB only), MOG (having contacts for alarm & trip)) etc and accessories gauges, first filling of transformer oil etc complete incl suitable platform with PCC/ brick work and finished with cement morter1:4 as per manufacturer recommended length, width, and height . foundation depth should be 750mm from GL , 125 mm thick PCC slab (1:2:4) Type B-1(nominal mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate on top of the platform reinforcement should be 10mm dia 150c/c both way 02 nos ISMB 150 incl Cattle fencing (1.5m high) with suitable RCC pillars all around incl gate of suitable size as recommended by Engr in charge).(a) oil conservator with filling holes and cap drain valve and oil level gauge.(b) Silica gel breather with connecting pipe, first fill of dehydrating agent.(c) Exposion relief mounted on tank with double diaphragm and equalizer pipe connected to conservator air spoon( pressure release valve)(d) Air release plug.(e) OTI(having contacts for alarm & trip).(f) Buchholz relay (having contacts for alarm & trip).(g) WTI (having contacts for alarm & trip).
