| 1 | Dismantling of existing Fire Station Building comprising RCC work, brick masonry, CC flooring, roof slab, parapet, doors, windows, sanitary fixtures, electrical fixtures, water tanks, steel members and all other associated components by manual/mechanical means including cutting, breaking, dismantling, segregation of usable and unserviceable materials, stacking, loading, transportation and disposal of C&D waste to approved Nagar Nigam / authorized C&D processing plant complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The item shall include all labour, machinery, scaffolding, barricading, safety arrangements, PPE kits, tools & plants, cutting tools, cranes, compressors, gas cutters, lifting arrangements, dewatering, traffic protection, watch & ward, loading/unloading, transportation, royalty, lead & lift, environmental protection measures and all incidental charges complete in all respects. Salvaged/recovered materials such as steel, doors, windows, sanitary items, electrical items or any other dismantled material shall remain the property of the contractor/agency and no separate payment shall be made for recovered materials. Rates shall be deemed to include recovery value of dismantled materials and disposal of malba/debris outside the premises to authorized dumping/C&D plant complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
