The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33 mm thick galvanised steel sheet & of size 24 x 32 x 300 mm spaced at 12 mm centres securely fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centres. Hangers of GI wire 4 mm dia to be fixed by approved rowl plug, level adjusters and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be grater than 450 mm from adjustacent wall flush fittings of 1200 mm long screws Tee with (double stiching) to interlocked between main runners at 600 mm centre to from 1200 x 600 mm modules cross tee longer than 600 mm modules to be formed by fittings 600 mm long cross tee, tee perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45 mm thick galvanised steel of size 19 x 19 mm and 300 mm long of white colour all as per instruction, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 20 | Taking down old ceiling board of any description and re fixing in same opening after adjusting and repair of existing hangar wire and ceiling grid, complete all as specified and as directed.Note: Contracctor shall presserve all dismantles ceiling board and grid in oreder to refix the same any damage shall be borne by contractor. |

| 35 | M&L for water proofing treatment on non approachable / non accessible roof surface horizontal and vertical surfaces in following sequence through manufacturer / authorized applicator of the manufacturer, complete all as specified and directed with the following:-(i) Taking down/removing existing treatment and cleaning properly with wire brushing etc, rabish off from the premishes (ii) 10mm thick plastering on roof surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions (iii) After drying concrete surfaces and apply a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm on the prepared surface of roof (iv) After the primed surface has dried, apply a coat of hoat blown bitumen 85/25 or equivalent viscosity grade @ 1.2 Kg /Sqm of the surfaces etc complete.(v) Laying unrolled over the bitumen coated surfaces polymeric water proofing membrane, of approved make standard weight not less than 3 Kg / sqm with 100 mm over laps shall be sealed by flame as per manufacturer instruction.(vi) Applying a coat of hot air blown grade bitumen of grade 85 / 25 @ 0.5 Kg / sqm duly sanded over polymeric membrane complete. (vii) Provide final layer of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer as per manufactue instructions. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid sepratelly under respective items. |
