Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls including racking ouit joint hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

Rendering 5mm thick on ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Rendering 10 mm thick on wall in cement mortar 1:6 on stone/masnory surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for 3mm thick wall care putty on wall

Preparing newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bond distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer.

Preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of OBD over a coat of alkali resisant primer

M & L preparing the old treated surfaces of wall and applying one coat of exterior grade weather proof antifungal paint including 1mm wall care putty complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed
