25 mm thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement, approved coarse sand and 20 mm graded approved stone laid in panels finished with 3 mm. flooring coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust in 5:1 as specified over & including 50 mm. thick base concrete consisting of cement, local sand and brick ballast 25 mm gauge in the proportion of 1:2:4 and removing any over lapping mortar at the joints of panels if any and giving them a uniform finish including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. .
