| 10 | M&L for application of one coat of exterior emulsion paint colour as approved by GE, using ultra clean paint or Dulax ICI or Apex Ultima of Asian Paints or equivalent in Berger Paints over the old decorated wall surfaces, edges of slab, roof/chajja projection ana column etc., after necessary preparation all as specified and as directed. |
| 11 | M&L for preparing old painted surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and applying two coat of luster paint with roller finishes on surfaces of walls including scafolding at any height complete all as specified and directed by Enggineer-in-charge. |
| 12 | Taking down cement plaster of any description, on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.. |
| 13 | M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces such as chajja, facia, projected wall of cupboard mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement & finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.(Note : Supply only approved water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately) in any height buildings. |

| 15 | M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint on walls, white or tinted all as specified and directed. |
| 16 | M&L for rendering 10mm thick plaster to brick or concrete surface with sagol finish of etc in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.. |
| 17 | M&L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc 30 cm height. |
| 18 | M&L for preparation of surface and french polishing on surfaces of any description, width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler on new works with two or more coats |
| 19 | M&L for preparation of surfaces of floor / wall and applying one coat of floor guard of approved shed to paver tile, blocks, kerb stone etc . |
