Dismantling and removing 2.5 cm (1\\") thick artificial stone flooring including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50 m including all labour, labour cess, T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12 mm size hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including all cost, labour, labour cess, T&P, royalties, conveyances etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of Vitrified tile in floors of size 600mm x 600mm of plain (Ivory) in approved make conforming to IS 13756 laid on 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1cement:4 course sand) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour, labour cess and T&P etc. required for the work all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with any approved paint to iron/wood work including cost of the paint sand papering polishing the surface with cost conveyance of all materials, labour and labour cess with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall Painting two coats with any approved weather coat paint of approved shade to give an even shade after cleaning surface including cost of all materials, labour, labour cess, T&P required for the work etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.
