Supplying, fitting & fixing of MS Truss etc of approved design in proper position and making good to the damages to wall or RCC structure including mending or cutting to sizes or grooves in walls and fixing with C.C (1:2:4) and one coat redoxide primer with cost, coveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with all labour, T&P required etc. complete in all floors

Supplying and fixing of Colour Sheet in roof in roof drilling holes in windties including fixing of ridges valleys windties etc. including cost of all labour T & P royalties etc. required for the work as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge .

Supplying and fixing of Rain Water pipe including cost of all labour T & P royalties etc. required for the work as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge .

Painting two coats with Plastic Emulsion paint with approved shade as per the instructions of the manufacturers; giving uniform shade etc in all heights of walls etc. over a coat of primer including interior wall primer & providing scaffolding, cleaning, curing and supply of all materials and labour complete as per drawing, design and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying to outside walls with two or more coats of Anti-Fungal Weather coat water proofing paint including scaffolding and cleaning the surface before application of approved colour and manufacture as per specification, instruction of Engineer-In-charge at all elevations including all material labour complete.

Painting two coats with enamel paint over a coat of primer of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade as per the instruction of Engineer - In-Charge at all floors and all heights including all material & labour complete

12mm (1/2 inch) thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to brick work after racking out joints including watering and curing, cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors.

16mm (5/8 inch) thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to brick work after racking out joints including watering and curing, cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surfaces to prepare the surface even and smooth as per the instruction of Engineer-In-Charge at all elevations including all material & labour complete.
