| 5 | Taking down cement plaster from brick/concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | M&L 15 mm thick rendering into two layers consisting 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 followed by 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 with WPC on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface including finished even and fair all as specified. (Note WPC shall be measured and paid separately) |

| 16 | Material and labour for one coat of Fire resistant paint on old painted steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth including preparation complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. |
