Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring (light/fan/bell/ holder/socket or power point) complete inclusive of all fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, fittings etc. removing materials from site and making good disturbed surfaces of floors/walls/ceiling etc complete all as directed.

Taking down carefully aluminium sub main wiring of any type and size including fittings and fixtures, removing materials from site complete all as directed.

Disconnecting from electric circuit and taking out existing unserviceable MCB DB SPN of any number of ways including MCB etc removing materials from site complete all as specified.

Taking down ceiling fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades ,removing fan and blades ,re-fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting from electric circuit and taking out electric meter from the existing sheet metal enclosure and deposited to MES for re-fixing complete all as specified.

Materials and labour for concealed point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded FRLSH copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade, single core, drawn through and including PVC concealed conduit (medium grade) not less than 20mm size complete with all fittings and accessories suitable for one light / one fan/ bell pint controlled by one switch including unsheathed single core stranded copper cable of size 1.5 Sqmm as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth and earth dolly and to be terminated to sunken/pressed flush box readily available covered with outer plates/inner plates etc as per site requirement and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- 1. Metal box and cover plate shall be measured and paid separately as ''Supply'' only for mounting modular switches sockets, fan regulators complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial Item No.6 Here in Before but for, one 3 Pin 5 Amps socket outlet on same board with other switch, complete all as specified and directed.
