| 8 | Providing and laying Vitrified Floor Tiles confirming to IS : 15622 of of approved make, quality and colour without any warpage,with intermidiate spacers of 4 mm width laid over an under layer of 20 mm thick base of cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) with intermidiate spacers of 4 mm including cutting to size, laying and filling the joints with epoxy tile grout of approved shade and colour, cleaning the surfaces with oxlaic acid, mirror polishing including the cost of all materials, cost of all labour, conveyance, royalties, loading, unloading, sundries, watering and curing, T&P, etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.(Note- Sample of tiles shall be approved before procurement and use. |

| 12 | Providing 16mm thick cement plaster in cm (1:6) on the rough surface of masonry walls for all floors including racking and joints, scrapping and cleaning the surface and finishing the plastered surface smooth to proper plumbs and level and providing grooves as shown in the drawning including cost of all material, labour, conveyance, loading and unloading, taxes, royalties, sundries, tools and plants etc. complete as per the driection of the Engineer in Charge. |
