Civil Repair/Renovation Work in Type-II Residential Quarters of Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur in the FY 2026-27 on Annual Rate Conrract basis.Material shall be used as per Annexure-‘A’.Terms and Conditions:-1. For the items of the G.Schedule which have reference to Raj. P.W.D. (BSR) 28.09.2022 (civil)/ 01-06-2022 (Electric) the relevant rates as mentioned in P.W.D (BSR) 28.09.2022 (civil)/ 01-06-2022 (Electric) shall considered to be correct and applicable in case of any discrepancy in the rates mentioned above for such items and that shown in P.W.D. (BSR) 28.09.2022 (civil)/01-06-2022 (Electric) applicable for Jodhpur City.2. N.S. under reference in the column of the Schedule means non schedule items of the work for which the P.W.D. (BSR) 28.09.2022 (civil)/ 01-06-2022 (Electric) shall not applicable.3. Additions/ Reduction/ Alteration/ Cancellation in the quantities of the item given in the Schedule will be at the discretion of the University. No compensation shall be paid for the item so cancelled.4. “Here enamel paint is specified only synthetic enamel paint of approved make shall be used.5. 1% Labourcess shall be deducted from the contractor bill.6.
