| 19 | Online Centrifuging (filteration/dehydration) of transformer oil including checking initial and after filteration Dielectric Strength of oil for transformers, Isolation transformers and voltage stabilizers located in various places of technical and domestic area with suitable machine having filteration, heating and pumping facility to improve the dielectric strength/insulation value of oil.Note :- (i) Di electric strength of oil after filteration/dehydration shall not be less than 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap.(ii) Oil for toping up shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule(iii) The contractor will take shut down orders in writing atleast two days before from Engr-in-charge before commencement of work.(iv) The dielectric strength of oil shall be tested before and after filtration and necessary test certificates shall be submitted to the Engr-in-charge. |
