| 2 | Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed. |
| 3 | Material and labour for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc including cornices and pilasters etc and applying one coat of oil emulsion distermper complete all as specified and directed. |

| 6 | Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distermper over and incluidng one coat of primer and Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth. complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on in two layers each of 10+5mm thick in Cement Mortar (1:4) with LW + @ 200ml/50Kg of cement on fair faces of brick work complete all as specified and directed. (Note :Integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BoQ) |
| 8 | Supply only LW + confirming to relavent IS MAKE : Dr. Fixit of M/s PIDILITE INDSTURIES or equivalent |
| 9 | Complete removal of existing treatment including washing, rubbing down and stopping of existing surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint of weather coat including one coat of emulsion primer and preparation of surfaces on wall surface all as specified and directed . |
| 10 | All as per item No 09 above but in new surfaces all as specified and directed. |
| 11 | Materials and labour for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (first quality), complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 12 | All as per item No.11.00 here-in-before, but on steel surfaces. |
