| 1 | M & L for Roof treatment of RCC Roof Slab/Parapet Wall over roof in following steps :Surface Preparation: Clean all concrete surfaces free of laitance, dust, dirt, cavities, projecting nibs etc.by grinder and wire brush. Grease should be cleaned using a chemical degreaser and washed with clean water and allowed to dry. Remove all protrusions from concrete surfaces using a fine hair broom finish. Remove moss and lichen manually and treat the surface with a fungicide. Wash the surface thoroughly with clean water and allow it to dry. Standing water must be removed to prevent subsequent compromise of waterproof properties. For undulation of the existing slab shall be rectified with Shrinkage controlled, polymer modified, fibre reinforced cementitious repair mortar Renderoc SP40. Provide and Apply single coat of Lime mortar shall be applied at 1:3 ratio (Lime : sand) admixed with SBR based compound with 5-9 Liters Nitobond SBR Latex for additional layer of waterproofing, repair the covings, pot holes and any unevenness on Lime terrace roof. All around on the roof, at the parapet wall junction, an angular fillet of 50 mm X 50 mm. Free flow precision grout Conbextra GP2 poured within the leak-proof form work in accordance with the mix ratio as recommended in the technical data sheet of the manufacturer and then be sealed with an epoxy putty NITOCOTE VF. The surface is rendered to give aesthetic & visual surface finish complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 2 | Providing and carry out waterproofing treatment to sound, moisture free concrete surface using Nitoproof 600PF - Liquid applied single component pitch free polyurethane coating capable of bridging substrate cracks upto 2 mm. System includes proper surface preparation to remove loose dust, dirt, loose mortar, curing compound etc., and application of Nitoproof WB Primer, Water dispersible epoxy primer followed by two coats of Nitoproof 600PF coverage @ 2.0 kg/m2 to achieve 1.5 mm WFT in two coats followed by laying of separation layer of 120 gsm non-woven geotextile layer before carry out protection screed etc. complete including all tools and tackles as per manufacturer’s specification. The item rate shall be including of all kinds of labour, tools & tackle, machineries, lead & lift, mathadi charges, curing, wastages, consumable, cleaning, shifting of debris outside the site premises etc. complete as per design, drawing & instructions of EIC. Cost of 120 gsm non-woven geotextile and 75mm Screed concrete shall be paid separately. |

Item rate is inclusive of materials all labour, tools and tackles, scaffolding and transportation etc. complete as per specification and as directed. |
