| 2 | Supply install , testing and commissioning out door type , Trolley mounted step down transformer 11 kv / 433 volts ( at no load ) AC 3 Each 1 phase 50 Hz , of 750 KVA capacity (or next heigher rating aviilable in the market ) double copper wound , oil immersed , naturally cooled , ( ON AN ) , with external cooling tubes / fins , vector group DYN 11 with neutral brought out on ( LV side ) and having tapings at ± 2.5 % to be changed by means of hand operated OFF load tap changer confirm to IS - 1180 Part - I . 2014 level - 3 & shall comprise of the following:-( a ) one cable box on HT side ( Primery side consisting of 3 No procelain bushings with copper rods complete with nuts & bolts.( b ) one cable box on LT side ( secondary) side consisting of 4 nos porcelain bushing with copper rods complete with nuts & washer ( c ) oil conservator oil level gauge, ( d ) dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent ( silica gel )( e ) explosion vent thermometer pocket on tank cover oil drain filter valve , lifting lugs oil filling hole with cap / plug air release valve plug & 4 Nos plain soild cast steel detachable rollers ( f ) 1 No 100 mm dia dial type thermometer , vapor pressure type , having range 0-120 degree celsius having maximum temperature reading indicator with resetting. |

(k) Distribution transformer to be incorporated in the work must necessarily have BIS certification, BEE star labeling and valid Type Test Report duly issued by NABL accredited BlS approved lab. Note: Pre -commisioning, inspection of transformer shall be carried out by rep of Accepting offr and T&P for the inspection shall be arrange by contractor, cost of the T&P etc for testing shall deemed to be included in the unit rate. |

| 9 | Design Supply and Commisioning of four wheel platform type trailor size 2500 (L) X 2000 (W) X 600 (H) mm with hook for mounting of Transformer having hydraulic system arrangement in four wheel alongwith supporting bar with following specificaitons:-(a) Trailor will provide with chasis with the main base chasis made of MS channel 150 x 75 x 10 mm thick sheet having dimension of 3600 x 1600 x 6 mm duly welded and supported from the bottom with cross MS channel width wise and 100 x 50 x 6 mm angle length wise.(b) One set per trailor of leaf spring steel primed 14 layers 80 x 10 mm and assy span 950 mm (02 Nos leaf spring).(c) One no square axles of the size 62 x 62 mm.(d) Mechanical parking brake system operated through hand leaver in front of the trailor 03 Jacks.(e) Four Nos new tyres and tubes alongwith heavy duty rim of size 9:50-16 (New) fitted in the trailor.(f) Tringular toe bar made of 80 x 50 mm channel with 36 mm eye hook spring loaded. |
| 10 | Srl Item No.6 Contd/----- (g) All other parameters to meet the suitability of the equipment which is not covered in the above point but is design requirement.(h) The complete structure of the trailor/tyres rims will be painted black after two coats of red oxide primer.Note : Design/drawing shall be submitted for approval before placing the order. The minimum parameter are mentioned however the trolley is to be suitable to carry minimum weight for 750 KVA Transformer all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
