| 1 | GENERAL NOTESThis document shall be read in conjunction with doc. \\"SCOPE OF SUPPLY-ELECTRICAL\\" DOC ID TK-1P22A-EL-SPE-0022.Technical Specification for the equipment / material to be supplied by CONTRACTOR is included therein.For 'Limit of Variation' in the rates / quantities / total value of work, please refer 'SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT'.Refer the document 'MASTER SUPPLIER LIST' for the makes of equipment / material to be supplied by CONTRACTOR.For all the equipment (suitable for Explosive Atmospheres) to be supplied by CONTRACTOR, relevant certification from applicable recognised approving authority shall be provided. For CONTRACTOR supplied items mentioned below, procurement / supply clearance for the items shall be given to CONTRACTOR, in lots as per Project requirement. Subsequent to the receipt of procurement / supply clearance, CONTRACTOR may initiate the required action in this regard.CONTRACTOR should read entire specification to understand in totality the scope of supply and Installation. Every line item for Supplies and Installation should be read along with the respective Installation standard / hook up drawings related to that specific line item to understand the scope of supply and Installation in totality. Any miss outs in supply scope in this regard by the CONTRACTOR shall not be entertained.Scope shall also include Packing, forwarding and transport to site, unloading and storage in Contractor's warehouse. All Required insturctions shall be followed as per manufacterer recommandation for long term storage.The qouted rates shall include charges for Routine and Type testing, TPI, Packing, forwarding, Insurance, Transportation to site, supply of Mandatory spares, commissioning spares and special tools and tackles. |
