| 1 | SITC of Microprocessor based intelligent, addressable 4 loops fire alarm control panel (EN54/VDS/ UL/FM/ULC approved) with S&F of 4 Loop Cards and fully networkable with each loop capable of taking minimum 125 devices, minimum 160 character alpha-neumeric liquid crystal display. The panel shall be able to give pinpoint location of all fire/ fault conditions. Further, the panel must be able to automatically switch off respective control switchs whenever any alarm is triggered. | 2 | The panel shall have in built rectifire, provision for external & internal printer (if required), Loop cards, LCD unit to indicate Fire/ Fault Signal with address analog output, complete in all respects, in built surge protection facility, integral SMF laed-acid batteries with sealed cells of 24V or 12V 7AH 02(two) nos capable of running for 24 hours normal working & then be capable of operating the system for 30 minutes during emergency condition with integral battery charger complete as required. The panel shall have extra loop card to serve as standby in case of burnout or malfuntioning of any operating loop cards. The FACP shall be capable of being networked (future expansion) with other similar FACP located at different part of the premises through single RS485 bus. | 3 | Upon completion of the commissioning process, a comprehensive Single Line Diagram (SLD) and chart of the installed fire alarm system will be submitted. This documentation will detail the block/room names, specific locations of detectors, Manual Call Points (MCP), hooters, and the associated cable path lines. This SLD will serve as a precise and thorough representation of the fire alarm system layout and configuration, ensuring easy reference for maintenance,troubleshooting, and future upgrades. Soft as well as printed hard copies of the SLD and chart will be provided within three days of the commissioning date, ensuring timely and accurate documentation for all relevant. |
| 4 | SITC of Analog Addressable Intelligent multi-sensor detector (EN54/VDS/ UL/FM/ULC approved) with two inbuilt optical smoke sensor as well as additional heat detector sensor with decentralised intelligence, addressable Phototharmal type with inbuilt fault isolator as per NFPA style 7 wiring complete with base having IP as per recommended standard. | 15 | Terms and condition: The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/ submission of bill.If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules |
