The rate includes the cost of geotextile bags, carriage of materials to site, sand filling, stitching, lifting, placing, loading, unloading, handling, hire charges of required machinery, labour charges and all incidental expenses necessary for the satisfactory completion of the work, complete as per specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
