| 13 | Supply and laying/fixing 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block/ interlocking tile of M-40 grade, prepolished & preglazed, with approved colour, design & pattern (laid in required colour & pattern as directed) as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 30mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 14 | Material and labour for providing first quality scratch free, Max grip anti-slip vitrified tiles with safety marking area, coloured tiles (approved shade/design), area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.36 Sqm (square/rectangular), having thickness 10 mm thick, having anti-slip properties R-Value R-11 as per German standard (DIN 51130 & 51097), premium quality having water absorption rate less than 0.5%, straight edge, stain free, laid as in floors (external area of swimming pool), set and jointed using type-2 adhesive (thin bed) confirming to IS-15477:2019, fixed the tile using spacer 5mm or as per manufacturer’s instruction and joint filled with epoxy grout matching with the colour of tiles including necessary cutting as per site requirement, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 15 | Material and labour for providing glazed ceramic coloured tiles (approved any shade in any pattern of light & dark/highlighters tiles etc as approved) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm and not exceeding 0.18Sqm having thickness 7-8 mm thick, Premium quality having water absorption should be between 10% to 20%, straight edge, stain free, glossy finish, laid as on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc,, set and jointed using type-2 adhesive (thin bed) confirming to IS-15477:2019, fixed the tile using spacer 3mm or as per manufacturer’s instruction and joint filled with epoxy grout matching with the colour of tiles including necessary cutting as per site requirement, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 16 | Taking down cement plaster from brick walls/soffits of roof projections & chajjas /ceilings etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed. |
| 17 | Material and labour for plastering 15mm thick with ready mix cement plaster material on external surface of Brick walls/chajja/fins or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 18 | Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level of any description and in any position and including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area at any distance upto 5Km as directed as direccted from the site complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 19 | Dismantling of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, in any description, stacking serviceable brick for re use if directed and balance removing rubbish from the site complete all as specified and as directed. |
