Integrated facility management and up keepment at the New Secretariat Building of (1)Sweeping (2)Waste Management & Proper disposal. (3) Toilet cleaning. All personnel deputed for different service should be properly dressed under the direction and general guidance of team leader having formal training in such type of work under the overall guidance of the Engineer - in - Charge. Note: Man days means per day per man working time 8 Hours including required uniform, Torch and other accessories.

Unskilled worker [ FREEZED ITEM ] 1st shift @ 06 person 2nd shift @ 2 person = 8 person x 288 days = 2304 Man DayIntending bidders are not required to quote any rate against this item as the rate has already been provided in the column of \\"BASIC RATE\\" (Cell M14 of sheet 1 of BOQ). The rate so provided is binding to all intending bidders.[This rate has been calculated considering prevailing minimum wages vide no.07/Stat/14/RW/24/2023/LCS/JLC Dt. 09/01/2026 of Addtional Labour Commissioner, Government of West Bengal & also considering contribution to E.P.F. , E.S.I. , Bonus & G.S.T.(18%) to be made by the agency as per memorandum vide no. 3790-F(Y) Dated 21.07.2014 of Joint Secretary, Finance (Audit) Department, Govt. of West Bengal][Rate includes P.F. @12%, EDLI @0.5%, Administrative Expense @0.5%, ESI @3.25%, Bonus @8.33%, GST @18%]
