Dry sweeping of all the IT flooring vitrified tiles/floors,entrance, covered corridors, etc. of various public building with soft rooms including collection of debries, dust and waste paper etc. and disposing it at suitable locations including all leads and lifts cost of all tools and complete works as per instructions of engineer in charge. ( Frequency-Fifteen days in a month)

Moping/wet sweeping for all the floors, entrances, corridors etc. of various public buildings with phenyl/water (Aromatic) by using phenyl of approved quantity like product of Bengal chemicals Ltd. With cotton threaded mopper of approved quality including cost of all materials, tools, tackles, labour etc. complete as per instruction of Engineer in charge. (Frequency-Fifteen days in a month)

Cleaning, washing and sweeping of toilets, washbasin/sink, latrine, bathroom, urinals etc. ( about 129 nos.) with ( frequency- Daily including Sunday and National/ Festival holiday ) i/c cost of consumable materials etc. complete and upto satisfaction of Engineer in charge in various public buildings situated in colony area & dry sweeping and cleaning of campus area of the public buildings i/c Grass & Bush cutting, removal of garbage, waste papers, poluthenes etc. complete as per instruction of Engineer in charge.
