| 1 | Disconnecting all the HT/LT and earth connection electrically and mechanically of indoor/ outdoor transformers 100 KVA to 630 KVA capacity and taking up/down from plinth/ 2 pole/4 pole structure carefully including all accessories and transportation to MES yard, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 2 | Suppling, installation, testing and commissioning of Transformer as per IS 1180 (Part 1): 2014 with latest Energy Efficiency level - II (2 Star) , step down, copper wound 11KV/433 Volts (at no load) AC 3 phase 50 Hz 250 KVA capacity, core outdoor type, oil immersed naturally air cooled, oil natural air natural (ON/AN) , with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group Dyn-11 with neutral brought out on secondry side (LV) and having taping at +5% to +10% in steps of 2.5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 50 degree celsius in oil and 55 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree celsius ,transformer shall be of BOLTLESS core design. Transformer shall be double wound, core type with low loss, non ageing, high permeability prime grade CRGO with M4 grade or better, perfectly insulated and clamped to minimize noise and vibrations. The transformer shall be as per IEC 60076 and IS-1180 Part - I of 2014 marked and shall comprise of the following :- |
| 3 | (a) One cable box on HT side (Primary side) consisting of three Nos. porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washer, with cable glands suitable for reception/taking out HT 11000 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty , armoured cables including jointing materials complete.(b) One cable box on LT side (Secondary side) consisting of four Nos. porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands suitable for reception/taking out 1000 sqmm, LT 1100 volts grade, PVC/XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty, armoured cables including jointing materials complete.(c) Wireless thermal sensor will be provided at both ends of cable box along with Zig-B concentrator to be done. (d) Conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge.(e) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (Silica Gel)(f) Explosive vent, Thermometer pocket on tank cover, oil level guage, Oil drain filter valve, at bottom of the tank Lifting ligs,oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection plate complete, Air release valve plug and four Nos. plain solid cast steel detachable rollers.(g) One No. 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type, having range 0-120 degree celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re-setting device. |
| 4 | (h) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 50x6mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of body.(j) Rating plate and terminal marking plate.(k) Extra bushing for neutral in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral.(l) First fill of new and unused transformer oil, IS-335 :2018 marked, filtered and tested upto 50 KV dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrodes, specific resistance at 27 Degree celsius Ohm-om 500 x 10 the power12, water content 50 PPM, Dielectric dissipation factor (tan Deta at 90 degree celsius) 0.005, Neutralisation value mg of KOH/gm of oil 0.03, Inter facial tension N/M at 27 Degree celsius - 0.04, flash point 140 Degree celsius and sluge 0.1 % by weight.(m) Providing adequate size and nos of channels, embeded in floor, for movement of transformer.(n) Gas and Oil actuated (Buchholtz) Relays- Bucholz relay shall be provided with mercury free float switches.(o) The transformer shall conform to Energy Efficiency Level-2, with maximum losses as specified under the 2-Star rating column of Table 3 in the Gazette Notification issued by the Ministry of Power, Government of India, vide S.O. 5247(E) dated 08th December 2023.(p) Oil temperator indicator. |
