R.O.Plants, Drinking water units, fountains at Taj Mahal - Annual maintenance charge of 8 Nos. R.O. plants having 2 nos. R.O. plants of 2000 ltr/hr. capacity running water treatment plant in fourcourt and 4 nos. R.O. plant of 1000 ltr./ hrs. capacity, 02 Nos. R.O. plants 750 ltr/hr. capacity running water treatment plants at Taj Mahal, Agra. During the year 2026-2027. Specification :- 1- Only Changing the membrane by the department as and when required. 2- Chemical required to be used. 3- Filter to be changed as and when required. 4- Maintenance of the cooling system in all respect including compressor and other accessories. 5- Maintenance the water supply line including 9 nos. submersible pump (1 HP to 3 HP with starter) and electric supply with all accessories. 6 - TDS report should be provided near the plant for the visitor and a copy to be submitted along with bill. 7 - One R.O. operator should be engaged regularly (in each plant) for full time. 8 - Visit of Engineers twice in a month for proper functioning of the R.O. Plant. 9- Ensuring deployment of sufficient units of cleaners for attending routine cleaning of R.O. Plants and drinking water points. 10 - R.O. Plant Operator for sunrise to sunset. Kali Masjid & Surrounding area at Taj Mahal - Sweeping and cleaning the floor area 4970.00 Sqm. Approximate (Sweeping and vegetation removal of roof aera weekly) in Saheli Burj No.3, adjoining area as departmental parking, out side of Horticulture building, Eastern booking counter area daily Sunrise to Sunset with required materials (by mannually/mechanically). If attended manually then minimum strength of unskilled labour as Sweeper 2 Nos. and disposal garbage from monument to out site of municipal limit during the Financial Year 2026-2027. List of materials to be supplied per month - Nariyal sticks-4.00 Kg, Duster/Poncha for cleaning-2.00 Nos., Sutli-0.25 Kg., Floor broom for booking counter-1.00 No.
