| 1 | M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of plastered surfaces on walls, preparation for Acrylic emulsion and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resisitance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal rsistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shades(Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10sqm over & including priming coat of extreior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm over new surfaces including necessary scaffolding upto 20m height and removing grass, roots of plants, dry leaves, broken branches etc at any place of bldg complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 2 | M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by washing, rubbing down and stopping of old decorated surfaces on walls, preparation for wall surface and applying 3mm thick wall care putty on wall and making the wall surface plain by rubbing surface with sand paper to obtain plain surface and applying one coat of alkali resistant priming paint followed by two coat of oilbound distemper complete all as specified and directed by EIC. |
| 3 | M & L for preparation of old distempering surfaces including washing, rubbing down and stopping of nails holes,cracks etc. and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on wall complete all as specified. |
| 4 | M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by washing, rubbing down and stopping of old decorated surfaces on ceiling, preparation for ceiling and applying 3mm thick wall care putty on ceiling and making the surface plain by rubbing surface with sand paper to obtain plain surface and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by EIC. |
| 5 | Preparation of old surfaces on ceiling (plastered or unplastered or previously white washed) and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified. |
| 6 | M & L for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified. |
| 7 | M & L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth & applying one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified. |
| 8 | M&L for Vitrified Coloured Ceramic tiles 9-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6 to recive tiles/stone slabs including skirting with backing coat including Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and removing debris outside MD land upto requisite lead complete all as specified and directed by EIC. |
| 9 | M&L for Non-skid Coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6 to recive tiles/stone slabs including Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and removing debris outside MD land upto requisite lead complete all as specified and directed by EIC. |
| 10 | M&L for Non-skid Coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6 to recive tiles/stone slabs including skirting with backing coat including Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and removing debris outside MD land upto requisite lead complete all as specified and directed by EIC. |
