| 3 | Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Solar Hot Dip GI Mounting Structure, as per the IS Specifications Designing of Module Mounting Structure (MMS): During Structural design following points must be include but not limited to the following: a. Theremust be sufficient gaps between the rows of the panels and all precautions to be taken to avoid any shading on the panels. Minimum 500mm clearance should be maintained in between roof and module. b. The module alignment and tilt angle shall be calculated to provide the maximum annual energy output. This shall be decided based on the location of array installation. c. The structure shall be designed toallow easy replacement of any module and shall be in line with site requirement. d. The mounting structure shall be designed for simple mechanical and electrical installation. It shall support SPV modules at a given orientation, absorb and transfer the mechanical loads to the base properly. e. The mounting steel structure shall be as per latest BIS 2062 (amended up to\ date). f. The array structure shall be so designed that it will occupy minimum space without sacrificing the output from SPV panels at the same time. g. All fasteners, nuts, bolts shall be of stainless steel of grade SS 304. h. The support structure & foundation shall be so designed to withstand wind load of the location as given in relevant Indian code for wind (IS 875 Part III, latest edition). i. IS 800-2007 shall be followed for structural design. Accordingly STAAD output of the design is to be submitted. j. Galvanization of the structural members shall conform to IS: 4759. The quality of zinc shall conform to IS: 209 and IS: 2629. All galvanized materials shall withstand tests as per IS: 2633. Arrangement of testing shall be made by the contractor. |
