Supply of LabourDeployment of manpower for Sweeping ,cleaning & upkeeping of A) Khadya Bhavan Complex [Block-A, Central Block, Block - B (excluding Gr. fl. to 2nd fl. - ECSC Portion)] including all toilet blocks & roofs along with compound roads & open spaces including common area of all floors, all corridors, all stairs (from roof to Gr.fl. in each block), all windows of stair block, all lift lobby, all drinking water place & roof etc.within the campus of Khadya Bhavan & & B) Gobra Housing Complex at 32, Gobra Road, Kolkata-700 014 with all necessary cleaning materials and equipments such as detergent powder, Bleaching powder, Muratic Acid/Harpic etc. and mopper, wipper etc. disposal of refuses to the outside of the compound.Note:-1.) Every labours engaged with this work must be paid with minimum wages as laid down in the existing labour Dept. order in vogue.2.)The sweepers remain present on the campus during their duty hours and as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge if required. 3.)The agency should maintain an attendance register in respect of the personnel deployed by him on the basis of which payment will be decided as per approved rates. Copy of this attendance register should be submitted (attested photocopies) along with bills.4.)The agency should maintain a register for regular sweeping and cleaning operations in all the VVIP's chambers and higher officials' chambers with their attached toilets and anti-chambers duly counter-signed by the respective authority personnel. Copies of this register should be submitted (attested photocopies) along with bills.5.)The sweepers shall have a proper uniform, a photo identity card having details of Name, Residential Address, Blood Group, Phone Number and if any, ESI card No. and EPF Number.6) Daily sweeping, cleaning and disinfecting of toilets blocks at each floor and dusting to sanitary items of floor areas etc and and as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge if required. .7) Sweeping, cleaning, all floors , toilet blocks including stair-case, head room & other areas .8) Dusting of all office furnitures at different offices (all floors)9)Cleaning mirror and shelves at each toilet block with washing powder.10) Sweeping of Compound road area & open space area with uprooting of small and medium plant within the campus .11) Disenfecting compound , drainside, pits, and yard gully with bleaching powder.12) Acid cleaning of porcelain sanitary ware in all toilet blocks and other with mureatic acid/harpic.13) Removing, cleaning of all soots including greasy soots from ceiling and partition doors, windows, fan lights from ground floor to top floor.14.) Regular disposal of collected waste/garbage from waste bins in every room/corridor/toilets on each floor as specified above to common garbage dump including cleaning and replacement of waste bins and segregation of disposed materials before disposal & and prompt removal and proper disposal of any animal carcasses.

Unskilled worker[FREEZED ITEM]Total working days excluding sunday =(365-52)=313 days1) Total nos of unskilled labour ( Sweeper) = 24(twenty four) Nos [At Khadya Bhavan Complex -19 nos. & Gobra Housing Complex- 5 nos. ]Total Man days= 313 days x 24 x 1 =7512 Man Day; Amount =7512 Man day x Rs.586.55/Man Day= Total Rs. 44,06,164.00(Bidders are requested not to quote any rate of this item)[Rate is achieved from fixed minimum rates of Wages as per Circular no. 06/Stat/14/RW/24/2023/LCS/JLC dated 09/01/2026 of the Additional Labour Commissioner W.B.] Rate is inclusive of minimum wages, bonus, EPF, ESI & GST as per existing rule.

Service chargeService charge including profit and overhead for supply of all labours and materials (All materials and equipments, tools & plants for the cleaning and disinfecting purpose have to be supplied by the agency to the concren A.E. at the time of commencement of the month and concern A.E. will issue the materials in regularly basis to the agency.Supply of Anticeptic liquid, Bleaching Powder, Napthalin, Detergent Powder, Wiper & Mopper scrubbing machine, Vaccum cleaner etc. of approved brand for cleaning / upkeeping of W/C pan, wash basin, Urinal, Sink, drain channel of toilet block and corridors, stairs & Ramps of the campus.2 sets of uniform per year for all the engaged labour has to supply by the agency.The bidder have to submit details break up month wise of the all supplied materials in a sperate sheet.(Rate inclusives all taxes & duties)(Bidders are requested to quote rate for this item only) Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
