Sheet & Back side of 0.5 mm G.I. Sheet, both sides should be factory Pre-painted to prevent from rusting. Panel shall be injected with Poly Urethane Foam (PUF) with a minimum density of 40kg / (m') & should be sealed with Aluminium Extrusion to make the structure rigid & sealant having antifungal & antibacterial properties to be used to make it joint free. The Total Thickness of Celling & Wall Panel will be 50 mm for stability. The sheet should be from TATA/JINDAL/SAIL or equivalent reputed make & Panels should be from LLOYD INSULATION/BLUE STAR or equivalent reputed make. (2 Coats) :- Spray painting 2 coats with a water based aseptic and self-sterilizing wall coating system of 300 microns with priming after necessary filling of all joints and cavities with Metallic Epoxy Filler and sanded flush to provide a jointless finish. | 4 | Conductive 2mm Thick PVC Flooring for Modular O.T.:-Providing & fixing of 2mm thick conductive imported PVC flexible homogeneous compacted flooring of Gerflor Mipolam Technic EL-5 or equivalent with skirting, having total weight 3.060 Kg./Sqm to 3.440 Kg./Sqm, suitable for use in labs, OT's etc. and conforming to static electrical charge EN 1081 104 < Rt < 106 ohms and Electrical resistance - ANSI/ESD 7.1 (ohms) > 2.5 x 104 < Rt < 106 ohms with incorporated carbon encapsulated granules throughout its full thickness and has a conductive backing of Copper Strip of 0.5mm thick and 20mm width to ensure optimal and constant conductive properties throughout its full life expectancy. Its surface should be densely compacted for improving wear and ease of maintenance. It should have anti-bacterial and fungicidal properties and should complies with the EN 685 (34-43) and KS (Group 'P') wear rating as per EN649 and should have residual indentation of 0.03mm as per EN433. | 5 | Door and Frames: Hermetically Sealed Sliding Manual Door for Modular O.T. :- Providing & fixing of sliding door leaf, approx. 60 mm. thick. The door core of 52 mm. polyurethane and 4mm HPL (bothside) unique track system: Guiding under a 45\\" angle with 6-8 mm. deep indentations at the closed position. By means of the own weight of the door blade and the 45 angle, the door closes to the wall and floor and is hermetically sealed. Door canopy over the full length of track with a sloping top for the perfect hygiene. Door lever handle should a special inside and outside lever handle lifts out the door of its hermetic closing position and allows even heavy doors to be opened easily. Door top rollers should have special nylon top rollers with double roller bearings are designed for a smooth and silent running. Door profile should have an approximate 3 mm. thick aluminium alloy surrounding of Grade 6063, Temper T6, Natural Anodized 20 Micron as per EN ISO-2360 which stabilizes the door blade and prevents damage. Door blade finish should have standard large range of HPL sheet with antibacterial and antifungal property. Door should have vision panel of 300 x 300mm & shall have hermetic sealing designed and tested on hermetically sealing at an overpressure of 75Pa, the air tightness should be 99.9986% airtight. The door should be designed in consultation with doctors/architects and technical bureaus who design operating theatres and clean rooms. The wall frame opening should be 3-sided finished with approx. 9 mm mend board and finished on the visible side with 0.9 mm. hard plastic laminate. The colour should be the same as the colour of the door blade. The wall frame should be on both sides finished with the 3-sided aluminium angle profile and is blind fixed on the cladding. Tightness should be ensured by means of expanded EPDM sealing strips assembled on the aluminium profiles covering the whole perimeter of the leaf. The lowering and translation movement allow the sealing strips to compress on the strikers thus providing hermetic tightness. Aluminium profiles on which the sealing strips are inserted are assembled on the wall/frame side and beneath the base to ensure hermetic tightness.
