P/L in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 Nominal mix including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level (1 Cement :3 F.A.(Natural/M-Sand) :6 C.A. ) with 20mm aggregate (including carriage of all materials)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc.

P/A 6mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1cement: 3 fine sand) (including carriage of all materials) .

Providing and placing in position PVC pipes of 75mm dia for staggered weep holes in R wall at specified position or as directed by the site incharge
