Bids Are invited for Facility Management Services - Lumpsum Based - Annual Operation And Maintenance Of Sprinklers Along Coal Transportation Road Rub To Mkd I Coal Stock At Mkd I Oc Mine Of Makardhokda Sub Area For 01 Years; O M Civil Work; Consumabl
Operation and maintenance of fixed sprinklers including operating Pump/Motor and attached valves of pipe line and oiling/greasing the sprinklers once in the forenightly including repairing of damaged pipe fitting etc. complete as per instruction of Engineer Incharge. Operation of sprinklers shall be in Two (02) shifts of 08 hours each by engaging minimum Two (02) manpower in each shift. (for 02 shifts).

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.
